Fallout 76 is an action RPG set in the post-nuclear world of Fallout. The protagonist of this part was a native of Vault 76, which, according to the plan, was to open exactly 25 years after the start of the war.

The gameplay of Fallout 76 is very different from other installments in the series – it is not a single-player role-playing game, but a multiplayer action game about survival in a post-nuclear world. The world of the game is devoid of NPCs, the role of which is played by other users, and the rate in F76 is made on exploring the world, building settlements and interacting with other players. For example, the Natives can form groups to build cities – or attack them, including using atomic bombs that survived the war.
